The Ely Prefinished Oak 1SL Glazed door in four widths with the standard 1981mm height and 2 widths with a metric height of 2040mm. Manufactured to the highest standard from FSC-certified oak, we offer a 10-year manufacturer's warranty with this and all of our Ely range of doors.
The solid core has an 18mm oak frame beneath the 0.6 mm oak veneer, allowing a generous 16mm trimming allowance top, bottom, and from both sides. The side-glazed panel is made of toughened glass and inlaid during manufacturing.

Prefinished with a clear lacquer with a 35% sheen, this door is ready to hang in your home. Only trimming will involve any finishing, as we always recommend that you seal the trimmed edges with a hardwax oil before hanging the door.
As this door is prefinished, it is ready for installation, but will require refinishing at recommended intervals of 6 months in order to keep it protected from daily exposure. If you are trimming your prefinished door down to your size, the trimmed bits would also need a little touch-up with a treatment for maximum protection. For what treatment to use on this internal door, we would recommend an oil from either our Treatex Hardwax or Osmo Hardwax range, which are our recommended tried and tested choice of treatments for any oak internal door.
