We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium woodwork, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and uninstalled solid oak doors. Please ensure items are kept in their original protective packaging to prevent warping or damage during the return transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the doors to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Transport

  Carefully repackage the doors in their original crates or heavy-duty wrapping, ensuring all edges are protected to maintain their pristine condition.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Due to the weight of solid oak, we will arrange a specialized freight courier to collect the items from your property at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the timber for any modifications or damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
