All of our Handforged Ironmongery is handfinished with a beeswax, this is what gives handforged ironmongery its beautiful deep lustre.

We are now offering this maintenance wax, to help protect and maintain our products to the highest standards. You may want to use this if you have any ironmongery in particulary damp rooms ie bathrooms to help protect the finish from surface rust if it occurs. Alternativley it can also be used simply if you wish to lubricate hinges in very high use areas.

To use simply heat the wax in lukewarm water until it is workable and apply with a soft lint free cloth, wax will harden on the ironmongery.

Each pot contains approximatley 50ml.
