Solid Oak Ledge and Braced Rustic V-Groove Door

These oak internal doors are manufactured to a standard 40mm thickness, which is made up of 20mm thick vertical panels and 20mm thick horizontal ledges. They come as 1981mm in height as standard, and you have the option of 4 different widths, ranging from 610mm - 838mm. If a non-standard size is needed, it isn't a problem at all; we can pretty much cater to any size you require.

Our Solid Oak Ledge and Braced Rustic V-Groove Doors are supplied pre-sanded and unfinished to provide you with the opportunity to give them your desired look, the look that best matches the overall design of your house. If you prefer, however, you can let us do the hard work for you by using our in-house oiling service and choosing the prefinished option. Or, you could view our recommended external oil and wax products for DIYing the finishing process yourself!

These doors are manufactured with specially kiln-dried rustic oak that has a low moisture content of 6-10%. The individual oak panels are finished in a V-Groove profile, and nail holes are also visible within this door (of course, you can fill these in if you’d prefer). The number of planks and the width of planks may vary from door to door, depending on measurements.
