This kit comes with 1x Solid Oak Barn Door and 1x Sliding Door Track Kit.
We made this kit to provide you with a conventional and practical space-saving solution for how you make use of your doors without compromising on your home's aesthetic. This kit combines the natural beauty of our Solid Oak Barn Door with the sleek and practical advantages of the Sliding Door Track Kit. Instead of having to make space for a swinging radius of your door, with this track kit, your door would only open and close by moving sideways in a tight and compact fashion.
The door is handcrafted from prime-grade solid oak. This door showcases the wood’s natural character through its large vertical planks and three sturdy horizontal ledges. The door’s V-groove profile prevents warping and ensures lasting stability, while the smooth sliding mechanism allows effortless operation day after day. Ideal for smaller rooms, open-plan living areas, or anywhere where space is at a premium, this kit combines the aesthetic warmth of real oak with exceptional usability.
Please follow these treatment and maintenance instructions to preserve the beauty and strength of the wood.
We do provide an in-house oiling/finishing option on our doors, but if you choose for your door to come unfinished, we would recommend finishing your solid oak door first, and then every 6 months for it to truly remain protected and fresh. We personally recommend our range of Treatex Hardwax oils for this, or alternatively, our Osmo oils.
Both of the doors are available in a range of sizes and finishes, along with the modest option of having a track hanger either in an arrow design or a straight design.
